The Process
After our call, I immediately get to work researching the best options to fit your needs. Keeping in mind all of your must haves and desired experiences, I'll prepare your custom proposal to approve or edit. This can include suggested flights, a custom itinerary with day to day excursions, dinner recommendations and more. All depending on what we've discussed during our call.
Proposal
Moving forward with the approved proposals, this is where your trip gets booked. I'll confirm everything you've chosen, send out the contract to sign and secure all of your bookings. From here on, I will keep in touch with you to make sure you are fully prepared for your trip. From passport reminders to suggested packing lists, I'll be with you during the whole process.
Booking
Finally! It's time to pack your bags and enjoy your trip. I'll make sure any last minute details are attended to and double check that you have everything you need for a memorable experience.
